Product availability

The stock in our online shop is also sold in stores at the same time. If we receive an order for a product that has already been sold and is no longer available in stock, we will cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Size Information

For product sizes, please refer to the "SIZE CHART" on the right side of the size selection column on the product page. On this website, we display sizes based on our own measurement method in order to make product sizes easier for customers to understand.

Please refer to the SIZE GUIDE for measurement instructions. For some products, the size worn by the model is listed in the "Item/Size" section, so please refer to it for size selection.

 

Color/Price

The product images are posted as close to the actual product as possible. Please be sure to check the detailed images on the product page for color and design.

For pre-order items, we will prepare the product according to the "Expected delivery date" posted on the product page. The process until delivery is as follows. After the product arrives at our company, we will send you a "Pre-order item shipped" email to inform you of the shipping date. You can track it with each delivery company using the [Delivery company/way slip number] listed in the email.

 

Regarding product handing

When using the product, be sure to check the "Handling Instructions" and "Washing Label" on the tag.

 

Maintenance

If you have a problem with your product, such as a breakdown, please first contact us via CONTACT and let us know the name of the product to be repaired and its condition. If the product can be repaired, we will ask you to send us the product and we will provide you with a repair cost estimate. Depending on the condition of the product, we may not be able to repair it. Customers are responsible for COD fees and shipping costs. For those living overseas, we will respond to each case on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS/SHIPPING

 

How to order

You can order the product by following the steps below:
1) Access the product details page.
2) Add the item to your cart.
3) Check the items in your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout."
4) After entering your ID and password, click "Login" (you can make a purchase without logging in).
5) Specify the delivery address and payment method.
6) Check your order details and click "Confirm Order".
7) When your order number is displayed, your order is complete.
8) An order confirmation email will be sent from nagoya@anatomica.jp to the address you registered.

 

Shopping cart

The shopping cart expires two weeks after you add an item to your cart. Once the expiration date has passed, the item will be automatically deleted. Please note that the item will also be automatically deleted from your cart if there is a period of inactivity of 15 minutes* after you add the item to your cart. Please note that the item will be reserved when you add it to your cart, but it will not be considered a purchase until you confirm your order.

* Inactivity time: "Do not move between pages", "Internet connection is interrupted midway", "Browser is closed", etc.

Product delivery(within Japan)

The products you order will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
When Sagawa Express is operating normally, your order will be delivered 7 business days from the day after it is received.
We will be closed during the New Year holidays. Please check our Instagram for the schedule.

We may not be able to deliver your order due to a large number of orders or inventory status.
If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you by email.
Once the shipping procedure is complete, we will send you an email to inform you that the shipment has been completed.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged mail.

CANCEL/RETURN/EXCHANGE

 

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
If you cancel without permission or refuse to accept your order, we will not allow you to use our services again.

 

Products eligible for return

We will only refund if the product is defective. In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs. We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience.
We only accept exchange the size or the product of the same value or more. Depending on the stock situation, we may not be able to provide the size you want. Please note in advance. In that case, we cannot accept returns as mentioned above.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before shipping it. We will contact you after we have secured the stock of the item you wish to exchange. All costs associated with the exchange will be borne by the customer.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us before shipping it.

Please note that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds if the following conditions apply.
a) Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
b) Products that have been used, altered, washed or cleaned
c) Products that have been soiled, damaged, smelly, dirty or scratched by the customer
d) Products with tags or labels removed or lost
e) If you purchase multiple items of different sizes or colors with the intention of returning them
f) Products returned without prior notice
g) Sale items
h) Products that our store judges to be of good quality due to individual differences in the products
i) Hygienic products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear and socks, and pre-order items *Products that fall under any of the above categories will be returned to you cash on delivery.
Support period: Only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the order - we cannot refund to a different card or bank account.
Refunds will be made in the same currency that you paid for the order in. If your customer paid in dollars, we will refund them in dollars.
If you purchase something in a foreign currency and then return it, the amount of the refund converted to Japanese yen may be less than the purchase amount due to differences in exchange rates between the date of purchase and the date of return.
Once we have notified you, your refund will be processed and will be refunded within 10 business days. Processing times vary depending on your bank and card company.
Refunds may appear in the form of a reversal, in which case the underlying payment will be removed from your statement and will not result in a separate credit.
If you receive a refund (partial or full) within the authorization period, you may not receive a line item on your statement for the refund because we adjust the final amount of the charge upon settlement. The charge may remain "pending" on your statement until the period expires.
Please note that we cannot accept requests to specify a refund date.

If there is a price difference due to an exchange for your own reasons, we will refund the difference minus the shipping cost.

Normally, it will take about 10 to 13 business days for EMS after receiving your order.

Customs duties
