Cancellation/Returns/Exchanges

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

If you cancel without notice or refuse to pick up your order, we will refuse your next order.

 

Regarding eligible items for returns

We will refund only in case of product defects.

In this case, we will bear all the costs related to the return.

We do not accept returns at the convenience of the customer.

We will only accept size exchanges or model changes (of equal or greater value). Depending on the stock status, we may not be able to provide your desired size. Please understand this in advance. In such cases, as mentioned above, returns will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before the item is shipped.

 

Please be aware that we may not be able to process exchanges or refunds in the following cases.

a. Items that have been more than 8 days since the arrival date.

b. Items that have been used, altered, washed, or dry cleaned

Refund Policy

Refunds will generally be processed using the same payment method as the original order. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or bank account.

Refunds will be made in the same currency as the payment made by the customer. If the customer paid in dollars, the refund will be in dollars.

In cases of returns after purchasing in a foreign currency, the refund amount converted to Japanese yen may be lower than the purchase amount due to differences in exchange rates between the purchase date and the return date.

Once our refund notification is issued, it will be processed within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.

Refunds may appear as reversals. In the case of reversals, the original payment will be removed from the customer's statement, and a separate deposit will not be made.
