-As you can see from the phrase "SCIENTIFIC SHOE FITTING" written on the insole, it has an asymmetrical inside straight out-curve shape that is typical of orthopedic shoes.

- Holding your feet with the arch of the foot and creating a discarded size on the toe area creates a stress-free fit.

-Since shoes are discarded, the ideal situation is that there is no bump to the toes.

-The ideal size is so that you can feel the room in the toes and hold the arch of the foot compared to the shoes you normally wear.

-The "valcanized manufacturing method" is used, which is not commonly used now, and instead of stitching the canvas upper of the sneakers and the elastic sole, it is crimped to create a softer fit that is closer to bare feet.

-If you already have one or have it measured at a direct store, there is no problem with the size.

・What you need to prepare: paper measuring sheets, tapes, pens, box-shaped items

1. Print a paper measuring sheet (print on A4 size paper in the actual size). If the printing size is off, the measured value will be off.)

2. Fold it in a valley along the "guide line" of the paper measuring sheet.

3. Place a box-shaped item along the wall (you can use books or magazines as a substitute) and align the valley folding side of the measurement sheet and secure it to the floor with tape.

4. Align the heel to the "guide line" and, if it is your left foot, line the inside of your left foot vertically with the "guide line." When doing this, line up your feet and look directly below in a natural state. Use a pen to mark the area pointing to the longest part of your leg. (Please be careful not to injure your toes.) This is what makes your feet long. If you lean too far forward, or you have weight behind, you may choose the wrong size.
